In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us such as name, address, contact information, passwords and security data, and payment information.

10. Refund Policy:

  • Refunds will only be considered if the client is dissatisfied with the final deliverables, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time frame (up to 7 days from project delivery).
  • Refunds are not applicable if the client has approved the final design or if the project is completed as per the agreed terms and timeline.
  • Any refund requests after project completion will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

11. Cancellation Policy:

  • Clients may cancel their project before work has begun without incurring any charges.
  • Once work has commenced, a cancellation request must be submitted in writing. If the cancellation is requested after the project has started, the client will be liable for payment for any work completed up until the cancellation notice.
  • If the cancellation occurs after the first draft of the presentation has been delivered, a cancellation fee may apply.
