We've got you covered with three different service plans - fix-up, template-based, and custom design. Our team can create a presentation tailored to your needs, whether it's for sales and marketing, learning and development, investor pitch decks, events and conferences, financial reports, or video presentations.
How long does it take to complete a presentation design project?
The project delivery time varies based on different factors like the number of slides, content and services selected but we always ensure prompt delivery based on the timelines we have committed.
Do you offer custom designs, or do you use templates?
We offer both custom designs and template-based designs. For a bespoke design that aligns with your brand guidelines, our custom design plan will work its magic. But if you're pressed for time and prefer to choose from pre-made designs, our template-based service plan is the perfect fit.
Can you accommodate rush projects if we have a tight deadline?
We understand that deadlines can be tight, and we're committed to delivering projects as quickly as possible. However, depending on the number of slides, we do have a minimum turnaround time ranging from 24 hours - 5 days to ensure that our team of PPT designers have enough time to create a final output that meets our high standards of quality. Rest assured we'll work diligently to meet your deadline while delivering excellent results.
How many revisions do you offer to ensure client satisfaction?
Getting your project just right is crucial to its success. And in our experience, we have noticed that up to 3 revisions are ample to achieve your desired result. However, we do offer unlimited revisions as part of our package, thus ensuring that you get the perfect outcome you're looking for. With us, you'll never have to settle for anything less than perfection.
What is your pricing structure for presentation design services?
We understand that each project has different requirements, which is why we offer flexible pricing options. Our pricing starts at just $10 per slide and varies depending on the design plan you choose. No matter what your budget or needs are, we have a pricing plan that is just right for you.
Can you work with our existing branding and visual identity?
Yes, we can work with the brand guidelines and design language your company follows to design the presentation.
Do you provide content services, or do we need to provide our own content?
Your content is the foundation of your project, which is why we require raw content to be provided by you. If you feel that your content could use a little extra polish, we offer "proofread & fix" or "edit & abridge" services as part of our design plans.
What software or tools do you use to create presentations?
We use multiple graphic authoring tools like Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, etc. to design the perfect presentation for you. The final output will be delivered in your preferred format like PowerPoint, Google slides and Keynote.
I need an animated presentation to enthrall my audience. Can you help?
Yes, we can create an animated presentation in the custom design plan to give your audience a more immersive presentation experience.
Will you deliver a file that is editable?
Absolutely! We deliver fully editable files, giving you the flexibility to make any necessary changes or reuse the presentation for future needs.
Do you use licensed stock imagery?
Yes, the images, illustrations and vectors that we use are licensed from creative common sites or stock sites like Shutterstock.
My project is confidential, can I expect you to sign an NDA?

You can rest assured that we take confidentiality seriously and value the trust our clients place in us. You can count on us to keep your project details safe and secure at all times, no matter what.
Do you work on the weekends?
We believe in the power of rest and relaxation. That's why we take the weekends to recharge our batteries and come back refreshed and ready to tackle your project during the workweek. While we do process your orders on the weekends, our SPOC will only be able to initiate the project during the weekday.
Do I need to pay in advance?
At PitchWorx, we take pride in crafting bespoke presentation designs that are tailored to your specific project needs. In order to kick off the process, we require a 100% advance payment - but don't worry, we back up our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Need help connecting with someone from the team?
You will be designated a Single Point of Contact at project initiation to streamline all your communications. They will be available from Monday to Friday, between 10AM and 7PM IST. What language presentation can you work with?
We are capable of working with presentations in any language you prefer. Our proficiency in English is exceptional, but for foreign languages like Arabic, French, etc., we kindly request you to provide translations as this will help us make your content truly shine!
