## What's included in the plan?

One simple subscription at $599/month covers unlimited design requests across our 8 service categories: presentation design, brand identity, marketing creatives, web design & development, video & motion, print & outdoor, books & magazines, and illustration & infographics. 2 active requests at a time, most requests within 72 hours, source files included.

## Can I add my whole team?

Yes. The plan includes unlimited team members. Designers, founders, marketers - anyone on your team can submit and review requests through Que.

## What if my company needs a custom plan?

Email contact@pitchworx.com - we'll talk through what you need and put together a custom arrangement. Enterprise volume, multi-brand orgs, dedicated 3D or motion teams, agencies reselling - we'll shape a plan around it.

## Is there a free trial?

Yes. The plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Subscribe, post your first request, see the work. If you cancel within 7 days you owe nothing.

## How much does it cost?

$599/month billed monthly, or $479/month billed annually (saves $1,440/year). No setup fees, no per-request charges, no rush fees, no revision fees.

## Can I really cancel anytime?

Yes. No lock-ins. Creative Assist runs month to month, so you stay in control. Use it when your team needs regular creative support, and cancel anytime if your needs change.

## How does billing work?

Billed monthly (or annually) in advance via Stripe. The first payment starts the subscription after the 7-day trial. When you cancel, the subscription ends at the close of the current billing period.

## Are there extra fees for big projects?

No. Everything in the plan's scope is covered by the flat monthly fee - no per-request charges, no rush fees, no revision fees. The only exception is third-party costs you'd pay anyway (premium stock photography, custom fonts) and we always flag those in advance.

## How fast is the turnaround?

Most requests are delivered within 72 hours, depending on complexity, scope, and active queue. Larger work like websites, motion, reports, or brand systems may need more time. You can track progress live inside Que.

## What does "unlimited requests" really mean?

Unlimited briefs in your queue, unlimited revisions on every piece of work, unlimited brands you can manage from one account. We work on 2 active requests at a time to keep quality high - submit as many as you want.

## How does the AI part actually work?

AI agents handle the bulk work - variant generation, asset resizing, colour exploration. A senior designer makes every creative decision and reviews every output before it ships. AI is the team of two juniors that doesn't exist; the designer is the senior who decides.

## Can I talk to the actual designer?

Yes. You talk directly to the creative team through Que's messaging board and feedback annotations, and a dedicated project manager keeps every request moving. No ticket queues.

## What if I don't like the design?

Tell us, and we revise it. The plan includes unlimited revisions - we keep refining until the work aligns with your brief, brand, and direction. No extra cost, no awkward conversations.

## What kind of designs can I request?

We cover 100+ creative formats across our 8 service categories, including decks, brand identity, websites, app & UI design, motion graphics, social creatives, ebooks, brochures, print assets, billboards, illustrations, and infographics. If it helps your brand communicate better, we can usually design it.

## What kind of work do you NOT do?

Live-action video shoots, advanced 3D/CGI, custom application code beyond marketing sites, print fulfillment and shipping, and paid media buying. For deep content strategy or research from scratch, we'll quote it separately or point you to specialist partners.

## Do I own the source files?

Yes. You own everything we make - final files, source files (Figma, PSD, AI), font files, stock licences. Full commercial rights, no strings attached, from the moment of delivery.

## Can you work with our existing brand kit?

Absolutely. Upload whatever you have on day one - even a half-finished brand book - and our intake assistant parses it into a structured kit. A senior designer reviews and locks it within 3 working hours.

## Can I see examples of your work first?

Yes. /projects shows our selected work - pitch decks that closed rounds, brand systems for funded startups, websites, apps, motion. /case-studies has full deep-dives on a few of the bigger projects.

## Where are you based?

PitchWorx is headquartered in New Delhi, India, with a presence in Dubai and the USA. We've been the same team with the same founders for 13+ years and work with clients worldwide.

## Do you take international clients?

Yes. Most of our clients are outside India. We work async through Que, and overlap a few hours a day with US Eastern, US Pacific, UK, and Singapore time zones.

## Is my data safe with you?

Yes. PitchWorx is ISO 27001:2022 certified, so your content is handled under a formally audited security framework. All traffic is encrypted in transit and data at rest, access to your project files is limited to the team members on your account, and we support two-factor authentication. We'll sign an NDA if you need a separate one. See /privacy for full detail.

## What happens to my files if I cancel?

You keep them. Final files are yours from the moment of delivery, source files included. After cancellation, we archive your workspace for 12 months in case you come back - earlier deletion on request.
